I'm known as a Performance and Mindfulness Expert. I've developed Playing the Inside Game, an online course for high school and college-age youth that’s designed to help you level-up and meet those challenges.

Playing The Inside Game is based on my work and teachings, which combine concepts and principles based in mindfulness, positive psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, the recovery movement, and spiritual traditions from around the world. To learn more about me, visit my “About” page here.

Over the course of seven days, I’ll introduce concepts, practices, and habits that foster more self-awareness, self-control, and self-mastery, the three pillars of what I teach. 

You’ll gain a greater sense of belonging and start to build a Way of Being in the world that feels more true to yourself. I call it your Masterpiece Within and we each have one, waiting to be uncovered!

That process begins by focusing on your INNER experience, learning new ways to become aware of yourself and your surroundings.

I’ll teach you skills you can use to adapt, make different choices, and assume a greater degree of responsibility for your own life. And how to be in what I call The Eye of the Hurricane, listening to that still, small voice within.
