How can we help kids cope with stress and gain more confidence? It starts by accepting that mistakes are a part of life. If we can acknowledge and accept that, then we can learn from our mistakes, take action to correct them over time, and grow more confident.
HAVING A "WAY OF BEING"

I believe we each have a Masterpiece inside. We begin to access that by being true to ourselves and creating a "way of being" that offers a path to success in any activity we want to succeed at or perform better in. "Who do I have to be to get what I want?"

TAKING RESPONSIBILITY

True growth happens when we take responsibility for how we react to whatever life throws at us, no matter how seemingly unfair. It always starts with the individual self and our ability to respond vs. react. That's freedom.
STRESS & RESILIENCE

We can each develop what’s called “stress hardiness.” The stress that comes with challenges and hardship is crucial for growth. We just have to know how to use it positively.
